Every day I eat a salad, as green as possible, as many leaves as possible.
Today I took a photo of my salad for the 'Green onion' contest on http://bucuriebunastarehrisca.blogspot.com/
Here is the recipe:

APRIL SALAD

- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
- 1 head of red incised-leaf lettuce
- kohlrabi leaves
- red radishes leaves
- red orach
- some wild garlic
- 1 daikon radish
- 1 leek
- some black olives

Dressing:
- olive oil
- apple vinegar
- soy sauce
- salt (if necessary)

If you want a more dense dressing, than blend an avocado with some lemon juice till creamy. Mix it well with the salad, the leaves will be softer and the salad will be more nourishing.

* the lettuce can be of any kind, preferably 2 types of lettuce
* you can also add spinach leaves, but I use them in smoothies
* instead of the leek you can use scallion (green onion)
* you can use any kind of radish: daikon, black or red radish; the daikon and the black radish are better cut in the food processor

Nice things

These are the first chips I make at my dehydrator. I bought it recently and now I discover what it can do.
I give you the ingredients for the yellow chips because they turned out better than the red ones.

YELLOW SESAME CHIPS:
1 Bianca green pepper
1 red capia pepper
1 tomato
1 carrot (big)
1 onion (small or medium)
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup sesame seeds
salt (you can add any spices, to your taste)

* you can replace the peppers with bell pepper, any color
* I grated the carrot first
* the corn and the green peas were frozen, I just rinsed them quickly

Blend all the ingredients, or you can use the food processor.
Put them on the baking sheet (or teflex sheet) in the shape that you want and dehydrate them. Mine took all night.

* I don't have a powerful dehydrator that's why it may take longer, and I only have a on/off button so I can't indicate the temperature.
